Here’s something you can start with:
Begin asking patients about their holiday plans TODAY. As crazy as it may seem, patients who are scheduling evaluations today, are most likely going to be receiving care as we enter into November and maybe even December.
Knowing their plans ahead of time, allows you to best manage each patient and ensure they’re scheduled for their max visits. Also, if someone is out of town, your team should know, so they aren’t accidentally scheduled for care.
